Citalia, part of the Travelopia group, first engaged us to create custom modules for their HubSpot email design system. Robust, reusable, and flexible, the new assets empower the team to quickly spin up campaigns with detailed holiday package illustrations, without needing to reinvent the wheel.
Our next challenge was to craft immersive, experience-rich emails to promote their gastronomic tours of Italy. We developed a suite of interactive emails featuring progressive techniques like image carousels, interactive region maps, and tappable day-by-day itineraries. The result? A highly engaging way for travellers to explore tours and visualise their journeys before clicking through.
