Le Boat, part of the Travelopia Group, is the leading provider of houseboat holidays across Europe and Canada. With an ambitious CRM programme operating across multiple world markets, they turned to us to help get more from HubSpot - improving creative, deliverability, and overall inbox performance.
We began with data-driven journeys to re-engage past bookers and nurture new leads who had browsed but not yet booked. From there, we developed tactical templates - email design systems with versatile editable HubSpot modules, enabling the team to produce high-quality, on-brand day-to-day CRM campaigns in-house with clean HTML output and great deliverability.
We’ve also delivered a series of highly functional components and campaigns using HUBL personalisation, tailoring content and calls to action based on customer intent signals, booking history and other attributes.
Beyond execution, we’ve consulted on the implementation of a new creative platform for the email channel and are now exploring more advanced personalisation opportunities using HubDB to make every message feel bespoke.
