As an extension of B&Q’s CRM team, we provide end-to-end creative and technical support for the email channel. From creative to code, we play a central role in the delivery of their email marketing programme.
Our team designs and builds every email across a wide spectrum of use cases - weekly go-to-market offers, loyalty campaigns, category-led journeys, transactional comms, and more. Many are highly functional and data-driven, from digital receipts and abandoned basket nudges to post-purchase loyalty coupons and product review invitations.
